Skills and Experience
With more than 27 years’ experience in commercial law, Tony is a highly skilled litigator and business advisor.
His commercial outlook and keen interest in dispute resolution stem from early work experience in family-owned and independent building companies. This provided Tony with an appreciation of the risks and opportunities facing commercial enterprise, as well as the personal and corporate qualities required to excel in tough negotiating environments.
Tony worked with several prominent Brisbane law firms before starting his own practice in 1998.
He currently leads most of Scoglio Law’s litigation and dispute resolution matters, including building disputes, and is actively involved in the delivery of all client services.
