Skills and Experience

David is a commercial litigator with an excellent track record in corporate debt recovery and dispute resolution.

He is frequently trusted by major public and private sector organisations to resolve long-standing and potentially costly internal and third party disagreements; oversee major business sales. He has also acted for many of Brisbane's leading insolvency practitioners in relation to corporate and personal insolvency issues and handle large debt recovery programs.

David worked for several Brisbane boutique law firms before joining Scoglio Law in 2001.
